History Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant first opened its doors in May of 1993 in Culpeper, Virginia and was founded by the Pacheco Family. We are dedicated to serving fresh, authentic Mexican food, and serving our customers in a family friendly atmosphere. Thanks to our loyal customers and our commitment to them, we now have nine locations all of which are still family owned and operated.
